Welcome to officialkoriderm.com. This website is operated by ClickCraft
Ventures. Throughout these terms, "we", "us" and "our" refer to ClickCraft
Ventures. By visiting this site or placing an order, you agree to the terms
below.

1. ELIGIBILITY

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority where you
live, to place an order. By placing an order you confirm that you meet this
requirement and that the payment details you provide are your own or that you
are authorised to use them.

2. THE PRODUCT

The product is a cosmetic face cream formulated with Centella asiatica
extract, for external use on the skin of the face and neck.

3. COSMETIC PRODUCT - NOT A MEDICINE

This product is a cosmetic. It is intended to cleanse, beautify, moisturise
and improve the appearance of the skin.

It is NOT a drug or a medicine. It is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure,
mitigate or prevent any disease or condition, including acne, eczema, atopic
dermatitis, rosacea, psoriasis, seborrheic dermatitis, skin infection or any
wound. It does not heal, repair tissue, or remove scars or marks.

Where this site describes skin looking calmer, smoother, plumper or more even,
or redness appearing reduced, those are statements about the appearance and
feel of skin following cosmetic use. They are not claims of a physiological or
therapeutic effect.

If you have a diagnosed skin condition, are undergoing dermatological
treatment, are pregnant or breastfeeding, consult a doctor or dermatologist
before adding any new product to your routine.

4. ABOUT CENTELLA ASIATICA

Centella asiatica is a plant extract long used in skincare, valued in cosmetic
formulation for its conditioning and soothing cosmetic properties. Its
inclusion here is as a cosmetic ingredient. Published research into the plant
in other contexts, including oral or medical use, does not describe the
intended effect of this product and should not be read as doing so.

5. SAFE USE

You agree to read and follow the directions and warnings on the product page
and the carton. In particular:

  - For external use only, on intact skin of the face and neck
  - Avoid the immediate eye area; rinse thoroughly with water if contact
    occurs
  - Patch test on the inner forearm for 24 hours before first use, especially
    if your skin is sensitive or reactive
  - Read the full ingredient list and do not use the product if you have a
    known allergy to any ingredient listed
  - Do not apply to broken, bleeding, sunburned or actively infected skin
  - Stop using the product and rinse with cool water if redness, stinging,
    burning or itching occurs
  - Do not ingest; keep out of reach of children
  - Close the jar after use, use clean dry fingers or a spatula, store below
    25°C away from direct sunlight, and observe the period-after-opening
    symbol on the carton

6. INGREDIENTS AND ALLERGENS

The full INCI ingredient list is published on the product page and printed on
the carton, including any of the fragrance allergens that must be declared
under EU Regulation 1223/2009 where present above the relevant threshold. If
you have a known cosmetic allergy, read that list in full before ordering. We
reformulate only where necessary and publish any change to the ingredient
list, but you should check the carton of each new order.

7. RESULTS VARY

We make every effort to describe the product accurately. Cosmetic results vary
between individuals according to skin type, age, climate, water hardness, sun
exposure and the other products used alongside it. Any before-and-after or
results imagery on this site illustrates a possible cosmetic outcome and is
not a representation of a typical or guaranteed result.

8. PRICING, BUNDLES AND PAYMENT

All prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout and include any
applicable taxes stated at that point. Bundle pricing reflects a volume offer:
the advertised per-jar price and percentage saving refer to the total order
divided by the number of jars received, compared with the single-jar price.

We reserve the right to change prices, change or discontinue the product, and
limit order quantities at any time without notice. Promotional pricing applies
only while the promotion is displayed. If a pricing or description error
occurs, we reserve the right to cancel the affected order and refund it in
full, and we will notify you.

9. ORDER ACCEPTANCE

Your order is an offer to buy. We may accept or decline any order. We may
decline or cancel an order where we suspect fraud, where a payment is not
authorised, where the delivery address cannot be served by our carriers, where
local law restricts import of cosmetics to the destination, or where an order
appears to be placed for resale. If we cancel a paid order, we refund it in
full.

10. SHIPPING, REFUNDS AND CANCELLATIONS

Governed by our Shipping Policy, Refund Policy and Cancellation Policy, each
of which forms part of these terms. Delivery estimates are estimates and not
guarantees. Risk of loss passes to you on delivery.

11. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on this site, including text, images, graphics, layout, logos and
the Koriderm name, is owned by or licensed to ClickCraft Ventures and is
protected by applicable intellectual property law. You may not copy,
reproduce, republish or redistribute any part of this site for commercial
purposes without our written permission.

12. CUSTOMER CONTENT

If you send us a photograph or review, you grant us permission to display it
on this site and in our marketing, with attribution to the first name or
initials you provide. You can withdraw that permission at any time by emailing
us and we will remove it.

13. ACCURACY OF INFORMATION

We work to keep this site accurate and current but do not warrant that all
content is free of error or omission. Content on this site is general
information about a cosmetic product. It is not dermatological or medical
advice and should not be relied on as such.

14. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

This site uses third-party services for payment processing, order fulfilment,
shipment tracking, reviews and analytics. We are not responsible for the
content, accuracy or availability of third-party services.

15. USER CONDUCT

You agree not to use this site for any unlawful purpose, not to attempt to
gain unauthorised access to any part of it, not to interfere with its
operation, and not to submit false information when placing an order,
submitting a review, or contacting support.

16. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ClickCraft Ventures is not liable for
indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss arising from the use of
this site or the product. Where liability cannot be excluded by law, our total
liability is limited to the amount you paid for the product. Nothing in these
terms excludes or limits any right you have under consumer protection or
product safety law that cannot lawfully be excluded, nor any liability for
death or personal injury caused by our negligence.

17. INDEMNITY

You agree to indemnify ClickCraft Ventures against any claim arising from your
use of the product contrary to the directions and warnings provided, or from
your breach of these terms.

18. GOVERNING LAW AND CHANGES

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which ClickCraft
Ventures is established. We may update these terms at any time by posting a
revised version on this page. The version in force when you place an order is
the version that applies to that order.

19. SEVERABILITY

If any provision of these terms is found unenforceable, that provision is
severed and the remaining provisions continue in full force.
